- a bright red sweatshirt or cardigan
- white shirt or blouse (polo shirts are ideal)
- grey trousers or skirt during the winter months
- grey socks for boys
- white socks or grey tights for girls
- during the summer, girls may wear red / white checked or striped dresses and boys grey shorts as an alternative
Jewellery is not permitted. Shoes should be black and sensible – no raised heels. Velcro fastenings are ideal for the younger children. Trainers are not permitted.

Children will also need the following items for school:
- red T-shirt
- plain black shorts
- black plimsolls
In addition to these, children in classes 3 to 6 will need trainers suitable for outdoor use, and a track suit or warm top for outdoor games in winter.
Football boots can be worn when appropriate but trainers will be required for other games.
Class 4 go swimming every Monday for a year at the Stoke Mandeville Stadium swimming pool in Aylesbury. Children will require a swimming costume (no bikinis or long shorts), hat and towel. Goggles and jewellery are not permitted.
During the Autumn term the school field often becomes too waterlogged for pupils to use during lunchtimes. However, pupils in classes 3 to 6 may bring over-trousers / old trousers and a change of footwear should they wish to continue using the field at these times.
