Key Stage 2


Key Stage 2 lasts for four years (Year 3, Year 4, and Year 5 & Year 6 and ends when the children transfer to secondary school at the age of eleven. In May of their final year children are assessed by their teachers and by national tests in English, Mathematics and Science. Results are reported to parents with the child’s annual report. Children in Key Stage 2 study the subjects of the National Curriculum and Religious Education.
